		<description>People who dont pay tax shouldnt have access to NHS why should someone who has never worked be entitle to the service.  If you feel hard done by go and get a job like the rest of us.
They need to either get rid of tax credits or cap it - if you have more than say 2 children you dont get anymore. Why should a single parent with loads of kids get more than me working full time.</description>

Not at all; I&#039;m suggesting that National Insurance be replaced with an increase in Income Tax. The money collected would be the same amount, but how much each person pays would be fairer, plus it would be easier for people to see changes in how much they pay to the state and also reduce red tape. The NHS would not be scrapped.</description>
