Paint.NET Image editor

Paint.NET is a very nice, free image editor. For my needs and limited ability it works a dream. No doubt any decent designer would find it limiting but for code monkeys like me, and normal people who want to touch up their photos without forking out $600 for Photoshop, it’s great. Windows only.
